Effective September 18, 2026. OTTR is operated by Beehive Holdings LLC. These terms apply when you use OTTR's website, request an offer, arrange a transaction, or enroll in text updates.
Offers remain subject to verification and acceptance.
Online estimates are based on the information available when you request them. OTTR may verify the device, configuration, condition, ownership, financing, activation-lock status, and identity of the seller before making a final offer. You may decline a changed offer. A transaction is complete only after both sides accept and OTTR records payment.
Provide accurate information and lawful devices.
You must be authorized to sell each device and provide accurate information. Do not submit stolen, counterfeit, unlawfully obtained, or undisclosed financed devices. Remove personal accounts and activation locks as instructed, back up anything you need, and bring any requested identification to the handoff.
Optional quote, transaction, and customer-care updates.
If you check an OTTR text-message consent box or text an advertised opt-in keyword, you agree to receive recurring automated and conversational messages about your request, quote, appointment, pickup or delivery, receipt, transaction, account, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of selling a device.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. After STOP, we may send one confirmation message. You may opt back in by replying START. For support, visit ottrtech.co/help or email notifications@ottrtech.co. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Use the service lawfully.
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit misleading information, or use the service for unlawful activity. Features, eligible devices, service areas, appointment availability, and payment methods may change. We may suspend access needed to protect customers, OTTR, or the service.
